First, there was the cover of British Vogue in May, 2003.

It was an homage to this David Bowie album, released 30 years prior, in April, 1973.

Because I really can’t write this post without a soundtrack, you really shouldn’t read it without one…here’s a rare tune from Bowie’s early days.
Now Kate has appeared in another Bowie incarnation on the cover of the December/January issue of Paris Vogue.

It’s surely a double-take of this David…

The eyes don’t lie and it’s a quite a cheekbone challenge – who has the more chiseled ones, it’s hard to say.
This must be one of her favourite tunes – it’s one of mine. It’s called Moss Garden.
In another life, Kate Moss was surely a rock star.
One thing’s certain – we know Mrs. Hince loves her Glam Rock. She did send a Gucci-fied helicopter to pick up Bryan and the band, so they could play at her and Jamie’s wedding this past summer (the helicopter was sent to scoop them up as soon as they finished their scheduled tour performance in Kent, earlier that evening).

Their first dance? Roxy’s If There is Something, if this is something you must know (I needed to know as soon as I heard the news of their performance, back in the summer).

What’s better than being an actual rock star yourself? Why, marrying one, of course.
Here’s another glam goddess that might know a little something about that.

After all, she married Mr. Bowie.

Glam-ourous, and amorous, indeed.

More glam rock. More Kate. More Bowie. More Ferry. More Iman. More Fashion and Music.
